Child Safety Standards — Bindaasbol

Scope & commitment

Bindaasbol is committed to providing a safe experience for all users. We do not allow any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors. This includes images, video, chat, profile content, or links that depict or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

Definitions

• Child: any person under the age of 18.
• CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation — any content or conduct that sexualizes children or depicts their sexual abuse or exploitation.

Age restrictions

We require users to be at least 18 years old to create an account / use the service. Accounts that appear to belong to minors will be suspended and reviewed. If your product allows younger users, list the exact minimum age here and any parental controls that apply.

Prohibited content & behaviors

• Any images, audio, video, text, or links that depict or promote CSAE.
• Solicitation of sexual content involving minors.
• Encouraging or facilitating contact with minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing or distributing sexualized content of a minor (including altered images).

Detection, moderation & removal

We use a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify and remove policy-violating content as quickly as possible. When a potential violation is detected we:

• Immediately remove or restrict access to the content pending review.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in violations.
• Preserve metadata and relevant evidence for investigation and potential law enforcement requests.

Reporting process

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve a child at risk or CSAE, please report it immediately. Reports are reviewed 24/7 and escalated as needed.

Cooperation with law enforcement

We will cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies. When legally required or to prevent imminent harm, we will disclose account information, IP logs, content, and other data to the appropriate authorities.

Retention & evidence preservation

When a report is received, we preserve relevant data (content, account activity, timestamps, and metadata) for the duration necessary to investigate and to comply with legal requests.

Preventive measures

• Automated filters and image/text scanning for known CSAM signatures and suspicious content patterns.
• Human moderators trained to recognize CSAE, grooming, and related behaviors.
• Rate limits and messaging restrictions to reduce abusive contact attempts.
• Clear user reporting flows and safety guidance within the app.
